1. application process

2. confirm information and receive qualification certificate

after completing all the steps online, applicants need to perform real-name authentication and submit materials according to the system prompts. the time and place to collect the qualification certificate will be displayed on the online platform. it is recommended that applicants fill in the detailed receiving address and contact number so that they can receive the certificate in time, and it is recommended to choose a relatively certain recipient and address.

3. physical examination and related consultation

applicants must go to a designated hospital for a physical examination. the results do not need to be collected. for specific arrangements, see appendix 2. if you have any questions about the policy, you can go to the confirmation point or call 010-56761296 for consultation.
