the opening ceremony of the competition was held in front of the big screen of baoshan sports center. runners from shanghai, jiangsu, zhejiang and other places gathered together. under the bright sunshine, they took vigorous steps to fight for the strength and honor of their respective running groups. these runners came from major private running groups in shanghai, jiangsu and zhejiang, many of which were from baoshan. in addition, there were several overseas running groups. each group of runners consisted of 3 to 5 people, and they completed 139 laps in the form of relays. it had high requirements for the athletes' endurance, willpower and teamwork.

on the track, the baton handover between teammates is also very particular. when approaching the relay area, the runner in front adjusts his pace and speed, and the one waiting for the relay concentrates, leans forward slightly, and is ready to take the baton handed over by his teammates at any time. in the end, the "zhebao special attack" from zhejiang won the first place with 2 hours, 33 minutes and 55 seconds, and the "kuncheng lake running group uto dream chasing youth team" and the "kindergarten" team won the second and third places with 2 hours, 38 minutes and 36 seconds and 2 hours, 40 minutes and 15 seconds respectively.

the competition was guided by the organizing committee of the 4th shanghai citizens games, hosted by shanghai social sports management center, baoshan district sports bureau, baoshan district sports federation, and undertaken by shanghai junchi sports co., ltd. and baoshan district outdoor sports association. through this event, runners not only showed their speed and ability, but also demonstrated a spirit of teamwork, encouraging each other and making progress together, and finally achieved considerable results.
